1. Make an appointment to schedule a tour (with your child)
2. Following the tour, if you are interested in enrolling your child, you will have an interview with the Director of Montessori Learning Center
3. Complete the Enrollment Package, provided by the Director of Montessori Learning Center
4. Submit the completed Enrollment Package along with the annual registration fee of $250
5. Read the Parent Handbook and sign a form, stating that you have read and understood the terms and conditions of the Parent Handbook
6. Upon mutual acceptance, we will determine a start date
As a general rule, children are enrolled in the primary program between the ages of 2 ½ and six. A child beginning at MLC must be toilet trained. A visit to MLC by the parents to observe a class is an important first step in the enrolment procedure. The visit and the subsequent interview serve to establish the commitment to similar goals for the child.
After you visit the school of your choice and wish to enroll, submit your application form and a non-refundable registration fee of $250 to MLC. Children are enrolled in MLC for a full year, and tuition is an annual fee.
The enrollment process is complete when MLC receives your registration fee along with the signed application form and tuition fee in post dated cheques. You will receive a copy of the application form, along with a welcome package to help prepare you for your child’s first day of school.
